Claire E. Arnold, 82, of Pawtucket, passed away on March 7, 2024 in Providence. She was the wife of the late Walter Arnold Jr. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Blanche (Dansereau) Walters.
She is survived by four children, Walter Arnold III, Dawn Arnold, Nancy Girouard, Kevin Arnold; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Jose Figueira; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Cheryl Figueira; and siblings, Herbert Walters, Edna Walters, Doris Pierce, Madeline Kenney, Barbara Walters, Joseph Walters, Raymond Walters and James Walters.
Claire's life was a testament to love and dedication as she devoted herself to raising and nurturing her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the center of her universe. Claire's selflessness and commitment to her family resonated deeply, leaving an enduring legacy of love and compassion.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, March 16th from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial is private.
